SHIPPING
- All orders are prepared and dispatched within one week from the moment payment is received.
- Delivery expected in 2-8 business days (Spain), 8-20 business days (rest of the world). This is not a guaranteed time frame as it depends on the customs and postal operator of the country of destination.
- Shipping couriers:
- Correos: Spain, EU country members and non members, Asian countries, LATAM, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active.
- We are not responsible for possible customs extra charges in the destination country. Please check your country’s regulations before placing your order.
RETURNS
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the limited nature of the products. We insist on checking your order before proceeding with the payment.
INSURANCES
- There is the possibility to select an extra charge (according to the value of the order) added to the cost of the shipment in order to ensure the value of the products. Email us asking for it if interested.
PAYMENT
- PayPal is the main accepted payment option for Spanish orderd and the only accepted option for European and international orders.

- We are not responsible for/cannot track packages once they leave the country, and not all regions offer end-to-end tracking with this service, you must check your tracking number with your national post service or the courier of your order.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery or products delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
